Professor Davidson possesses part of the only map that show how to reach the lost city of Zoloz. In order to take his expedition there, he must find the missing part of the map. Singapore Smith, certain there is a treasure buried in Zoloz, plans to double cross Professor Davidson. Meanwhile, the Phantom is trapped by another faction, headed up by Dr. Bremmer, a secret agent and head of a group of foreign saboteurs.
