Warned not to reveal their identities even to one another, four cold-hearted hit men are summoned to join forces for a covert operation by a complete stranger. Secretly observing it all from behind the scenes is the mysterious Mr. Hover. Utilizing a run-down Los Angeles apartment as a base to execute their plan to assassinate a group of high-volume Mexican drug traffickers is "Whitey," a none-too-bright white supremest; "Blacky," a goon from the hood; "Indian," a Native American whose spirituality belies his murderous nature; and "Foreigner," a suave but callous Italian.
