A small-town sheriff and innkeeper unknowingly harbor former FBI informant Maceda. Pursued by the tough, burned out FBI agent Gene Gere to testify against his former boss and friend, the major narcotics trafficker Orosco. Of course, the drug dealers want to find Maceda first. Gene finds himself in a war with Orosco as he tries to track Maceda’s journey South. Can Maceda elude both the Mob and his ex-employers, the Federal Bureau of Investigation? Time will tell where the "ROAD ENDS."
