Jesse James (John Lupton) and his friend Hank Tracy (Cal Bolder) are on the run, when Hank gets wounded. In their quest for help they stumble upon non-other then Maria Frankenstein (Narda Onyx) and her brother Rudolph (Steven Geray), grandchildren of the infamous Dr. Frankenstein. Maria seizes the opportunity to complete her grandfathers work and transforms Hank, renaming him Igor. She then orders Hank to kill Jesse, and trouble ensues.
