Chad, a popular hired gun for underworld figures, learns that his boss is working with Neo-Nazis and Arab terrorists to sneak a nuclear bomb into the United States, with the intention to destroy Los Angeles. Although a seasoned killer himself, the remnants of Chad’s conscience get the better of him as he sets off to annihilate everyone involved.
