Bobby Flynn O’Brien who grew up in the I.R.A. is surprised when he realizes that many of his mates don’t want to fight anymore, they just want to live normally. The modern day I.R.A. does not have any of its weapons, strength and protection power, it used to. This infuriates Bobby as he sets out to be a continuity I.R.A. man. When his best mate Mick is killed by the son of a powerful U.D.A. member, Bobby murders the young man in revenge. On the run from the I.R.A. as well as the U.D.A., not to mention British intelligence. The only person who can stop Bobby from his last assassination attempt of an M15 agent, is his lover from the past, Maggie whose husband is against her helping him.
