Beautiful coastal Monterrey, Mexico is the new capital of piracy and there is a war going on for total control. Marcos Puentes goes to Monterrey for a vacation only to be mistaken for a rival leader of the piracy wars and a suspect of a murder. In order to earn back his freedom Marcos has to clear his name by any means necessary and in the process he exposes the corruption and violence of the streets of Monterrey. But first, he must defend his life, as the city’s ruler of the underworld, the evil Franco, has put a price on Marcos’ head, to maintain order in the underworld.
