A street fighter working for the mafia while trying to find a way out and buy his own nightclub. Unbeknownst to him a crooked cop, Heineken, played by Dabney Coleman is in cahoots with the mob boss. In an attempt to stop his dream, they kill his wife and brother-in-law in a car bomb. Soon after Leroy learns who ordered the hit, he swears revenge.
